We provide everything: GellyBall blasters, unlimited ammo, inflatable bunkers, protective gear, and trained Battle Coordinators to run the games.

Frequently asked questions
Is Gellyball safe?
Yes. GellyBall blasters shoot soft gel balls that break on impact. Protective face-masks are always provided.
Whats the age range?
Recommended for ages 6 and up.
How many players can participate?
Our standard party package includes equipment for 10 players at a time. We can accommodate larger groups by rotating players or offering add-ons.
Who runs the games during the party?
Every Tactical Fun Co. party is led by a trained Battle Coordinator who sets up the field, explains safety rules, manages the games, and keeps the action moving smoothly.
Our Battle Coordinators are focused on delivering a fun, safe, and organized experience for all players.
What do we need to provide?
We recommend an open, mostly flat area of at least 20 feet by 40 feet (about the size of a small backyard or half a basketball court). Parks, large yards, fields, and gymnasiums all work great. A little extra space makes the games more exciting and gives players plenty of room to run and hide behind bunkers!
Do you set up and clean up everything?
Yes! Tactical Fun Co. handles full setup and takedown of the battlefield so you can relax and enjoy the event.
Are the gel balls biodegradable?
Yes. GellyBalls are non-toxic and fully biodegradable, safe for kids, pets, and the environment.
Can you operate in parks or public spaces?
Yes, but you are responsible for securing any necessary permits or permissions from the location. Please check with your venue ahead of time.
What if the weather is bad?
If more than 50% of your scheduled playtime is completed, the event is considered fulfilled. Otherwise, we’ll work with you to reschedule free of charge.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of event scheduling and limited availability, all bookings are non-refundable.
If bad weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent your event from taking place, Tactical Fun Co. will reschedule your event at no additional cost within 3 months of the original date.
We guarantee that your event will be delivered safely and completely, but refunds are not offered once a booking is confirmed.

Safety is always our top priority
If heavy rain, lightning, strong winds, or unsafe conditions are forecasted at 60% or greater within 24 hours of your scheduled event, Tactical Fun Co. will proactively contact you to reschedule at no additional cost.
If unsafe weather occurs during the event:
If more than 50% of your scheduled playtime is completed, the event will be considered fulfilled.
If less than 50% is completed, we will work with you to reschedule the remaining time free of charge.
All rescheduled events must occur within 3 months of the original date.
We do not offer refunds due to weather cancellations, but we guarantee that your event will be delivered safely.
